An & I Studio is available to rent for creatives needing a calm, light-filled space. Ideal for photographers, content creators, and small shoots, the studio offers natural light, neutral tones, and cozy details that make every session feel effortless and inspired.
To book the space, select your preferred hourly option and fill in your details.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your requested date and time — we’ll then let you know if the slot is still available, or suggest an alternative if needed.
Once your date is confirmed and the rental agreement is signed and paid, your booking is officially secured.

Where is the studio located?
An & I Studio is based in Pretoria, Waverley, 5 minutes from the Stormvoel N1 off-ramp. The exact address is shared upon booking confirmation.
What kind of sessions can be done here?
The studio is perfect for lifestyle shoots like newborn, maternity, boudoir, couples, and content creation. It’s designed with natural light and soft, neutral tones to complement any story you want to tell.
How long should I book for?
That depends on the session type:
Maternity/Family sessions: at least 1 hour
Boudoir or Newborn : 1–2 hours
Brand/content shoots: 1–4 hours, depending on complexity.
Do you offer studio rentals for other photographers or creatives?
Yes! The studio is available for hire by the hour, half day, or full day. Perfect for photographers, stylists, videographers, or creators needing a calm, light-filled space.
What’s included in the studio rental?
Natural light throughout the day
Decor (bed setup, lounge seating, fabrics).
Is lighting or equipment provided?
The studio is designed with natural light in mind, but you're welcome to bring your own lighting gear. At this stage, lighting equipment is not included.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations less than 48 hours before may result in a partial fee.
Are weekend bookings allowed?
Yes, but they are limited. Please enquire for availability — weekdays are generally more open.
Can I book the studio for workshops or small events?
Yes! An & I Studio is available for intimate workshops, styled shoots, and small creative gatherings. If you're planning something unique, pop me a message — I'd love to hear what you have in mind and see if the space is a good fit.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available inside the property - please park on the grass when you arrive. It’s safe, convenient, and just a few steps from the studio entrance.
Is there a bathroom or changing room available?
At this stage, the studio doesn’t have a bathroom or dedicated changing room. You're welcome to use the private studio space itself for quick changes, and we’ll always respect your comfort and privacy during your session.
